Outside is a private terrace with plants and a citrus tree for couples to relax and soak up the sun.

Inside a bright fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine, small fridge, kitchen table.

Beyond this is a seating area with wood stove to cosy up when the weather is cooler.

Upstairs is a luminous bedroom and integral shower room with 180cm bed and views to the lake and mountains.

We have tried to maintain as much character as possible from the old carpentry workshop, hence beams, wooden floors, original stairs and some retained tools.
